Machine Operator
Reports To: Operations Management

FLSA Status: Non-exempt (Eligible for OT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $17.00/hour
Position Overview: Machine Operator position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the manufacturing environment. Job functions are subject to change from day to day depending on business needs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Operate machinery for different operations when needed
- Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
- Ability to meet daily production standards
- Must be able to understand and execute actions based on verbal and visual instructions
- Could operate turning, stamping, and steaming machines in Glove production
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: High School diploma preferred but not required
Experience: Entry Level; 1 year prior experience as a machine operator preferred but not
required, will train on the job

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or stand for the duration of the workday. Frequently and repetitively, lift, bend, reach, and carry up to 40lbs.
Working Conditions: Manufacturing plant & warehouse with constant background noise
