Compensation Range: $20.00/hr
Position Overview: Responsible to provide support to the Operations Team by coordinating the sample process from the R&D/PM teams through Production. The goal is to achieve a new product that satisfies the manufacturability and quality of NSA requirements

Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience: 1-3 years in a sewing manufacturing environment preferred
Key Competencies Communication (both written and verbal), Initiative, Achievement Orientation, Analytical Thinking, Self Confidence, Teamwork and Collaboration
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. Frequent walking throughout production environment as needed.
Working Conditions: Open concept office, manufacturing environment with constant background noise.

Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities that must be completed
- Responsible to work with Integration Supervisor to support the realization of new product samples. Garment construction and sewing experience is a must in order be able to produce the sample garments. Ensure that the sample process runs smoothly, and the samples are completed on time while meeting NSA quality standards, regardless of if the samples have been completed by yourself or by the production teams.
- Assist with the implementation of new products in production making sure they are ready for manufacturing
- Work with the Plant Trainers through the Integration Supervisor, Production Supervisors, and Area Managers to provide training of new products when introduced to production
- Be the liaison between R&D /PM and Operations to ensure that all documentation and processes are accurate.
- Safety: Ensure that your work areas are neat and orderly to promote a safe work environment. You must follow ALL NSA Safety and Housekeeping Policies (including but not limited to: Safety glasses, music, food and drink, etc.). You are responsible for reporting ANYTHING that appears unsafe in your opinion and have the authority to shut down ANY task/operation that you feel may be unsafe.

- Work as a team to accomplish production and manufacturing goals.
