This position will plan, direct, and coordinate sales activities, from lead generation through to close. On location at our Paulson Manufacturing site in Temecula, California, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the marketing of the organization’s products and/or services by performing the essential job functions personally or through subordinate supervisors.

- Planning, designing, managing, and evaluating marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Conducting market research to understand customer and market opportunities.
- Developing pricing and other strategies for marketing products and services.
- Planning advertising campaigns, including which media to use.
- Maintaining strong public relations and brand image.
- Planning and managing events and marketing program logistics.
- Directing social media engagement strategy.
- Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and general public.
- Other Duties as assigned
- Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;
- Experience: Two year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Physical Requirements: Long periods of sitting, computer work, and ability to travel to offsite facilities as needed.
