Reports To: Director – Rauckman Utility Products
Direct Reports: None
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Employment Type: Full Time
Position Overview: Performs all duties as needed for customer service, account management, sales reporting, administrative support, and HR liaison for Belleville facility.
Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities that must be completed
Training: Several months of on the job training and job shadowing will be provided.
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
Experience: At least 3 years prior experience in an office environment handling customer service requests, administrative tasks, reporting, etc. Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Access required.
Key Competencies: Ability to multi-task, customer service oriented, attention to detail.
Physical Requirements: Sitting for 95% of the day.
Working Conditions: Climate controlled, quiet atmosphere

- Customer Service Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes
- Process purchase orders
- Invoices
- Issue credit memos / RMA
- Answer and direct all incoming calls
- Account Management
- New customer set-up
- Collect and maintain tax certificates or tax exemptions
- Process W-9’s
- Sales Reporting
- Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales numbers as requested
- Monthly commissions report
- HR Duties
- Review and submit hourly timesheets for payroll
- Monitor and institute corporate HR directives
- Administrative Tasks
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Greet visitors
- Other duties as assigned
